Each individual may hold only one active sbo28 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must contact sbo28 support immediately at [email protected] to have the duplicate closed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate. sbo28 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any later stage. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sbo28 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sbo28 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
sbo28 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections. Multi-factor authentication is triggered automatically when your account is accessed from an unrecognised device or IP address. You are strongly encouraged to use a unique, strong password for your sbo28 account.
sbo28 may, at its discretion or as required by its international licensing obligations, request that you complete a KYC verification procedure. KYC verification may be triggered by, but is not limited to:
Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required. sbo28 will process submitted KYC documents within three (3) business days under normal circumstances.

All transactions on sbo28 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sbo28 does not apply foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a genuine sbo28 deposit is a serious violation of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, sbo28 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, forfeit any associated balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited.
All gaming and betting activity conducted through the sbo28 platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product vertical. These product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Sportsbook bets — including but not limited to Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, outright markets, and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, or result dispute, sbo28 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the Member's account balance.
Live casino game results (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) are determined in real time by certified studio equipment operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. sbo28 does not control live casino game outcomes. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game session, the provider's house rules apply.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited at sbo28's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member — including voluntary closure requested by the Member — any remaining verified cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Member's last verified payment method within seven (7) business days.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed, and any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbo28 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the sbo28 platform shall first be referred to sbo28's internal disputes resolution team for good-faith resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through sbo28's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified in sbo28's licensing terms. Nothing in this section prevents sbo28 from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent material harm to the platform or its Members.
sbo28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the sbo28 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
